I started walking in my twenties when I discovered I could eat whatever I wanted to and the walking kept me thin. Back then I walked to the extreme walking for close to 4 hours a day. At the time there was another woman who ran almost as long. She was known at the time as The Malibu Runner while I was the Malibu Walker. Today some man on his bike stopped to congratulate me on my weight loss he told me he and his family talk about me calling me The Walking Lady. I'm back!!!
