bandina-I tried to make a commet on the your blog but wasn't able too.
I'm also 3 yrs out and working on it. You've done a great job in the past so there's no reason why you can't again.
I rec'd my fill last month and have already lost 8 pounds! Reminding myself to chew, chew, chew still get's me into trouble.
I tried to keep a food dairy before, but found it to be to time consuming, this time I am and it's helping a lot. In the past I never did calorie counts either, took to much of my time with four kids in toe. But I've found an easy one if you're interested? (click on my ticker). I'm not entering food left and right to make it work. As a matter of fact, I just entered my first food item since I started working with it and that was easy too.
