Hi Melanie, You look so great. I also love the bluish green shirt, where can I find one!! I just had to ask, did you have the plication surgery or the sleeve? The weight sure seems to be coming off for you. I am not having surgery until February 27th or next year, but I still cannot decide between the sleeve and the plication. I still have some time to decide but it is a hard decision. I just wanted to see which surgery you had because you are doing so GREAT! -
I had my plication surgery done 2 weeks ago! wow! what great staff and Doctors!!

Hi Raven,<br /><br />I am a little confused. I had heard the super sleeve was something other than a plication surgery. Did you have part of your stomach removed or did you have it folded and stitched. I am having surgery next year, but I am so confused over which surgery to have. I cannot decide between the sleeve or plication. The sleeve has been used for longer and therefore the long-term information is more reliable. The plication sounds easier and safer, but no one really knows what will happen 10 years down the road with the stitches or the stomach tissue. What made you decide on the surgery you had?
