I'm a reasonably successful, intelligent guy but weight has always been an issue for me. My Dad was a big man, and I definitely inherited that from him, as well as adding my own skewed relationship with food. I finally decidied to address the one thing in my life that was really out-of-whack. I'm feeling much better these days - not only because of the weight loss, but because I finally have a handle on what has eluded me for so long.
