I am new and already glad I have chosen to do the Lap Band, I go to my first July 31 Seminar where I am told that starts the ball rolling. The more I read of your blogs makes me wonder why I waited so long. The steps ya'll are taking is helping guide me through what I have to look forward if everything checks out that I can do the Lapband. Wish me luck!Sandy
