Excellent. I am doing well. First day back at work. I did stay overnight. I had my surgery at like 5 pm..... now that was difficult since I was fasting since 9 pm the following night. LOL

That is good to hear about the group. I will look up the schedule and see when they meet. Those bypassers will not be able to eat the same foods we will so the joke is on them. HA!
