I agree we need to do something we all have the support of each other we all help each other and we each other understand all the feelings we are going thru. it would be fantastic to meet all of you. bev- all candy and chips say that to me lol but I promised my self I will not eat any sweets this month at all. I have ate them in the past but not in excess pms calls it lol bk- how are you doing so far on 5 day of April ? I been walking 2 miles every day since monday and last weekend 6 miles on sat and 6 miles on sun . also plan to do it this FRI SAT and Sun . need to do whatever it takes to look better and good for my CHicago trip lol . take care . clau:clap2:

Its happen to me and within a couple of hours the scale moves for some odd reason. nsv- yay I was walking out of my home (your home aswell) when my naighbor said clau come here . so I was thinking oh god lol she is like what are you doing you have lost about 20 pounds of course I laughed and I said really you can tell lol she is like yes yes you have lost lots and lots of weight I said yeah a little lol thank you for noticing it . she said no you can really tell but you need to tell me how or what are you doing . Ok girls I dont know if you had ever tried the dieters green tea well I use to use it a lot well it made a diffrence on Sat I took a cup of tea before breakfast and then went walking for 6 miles well yes it make you go to the bathroom but for some odd reason the scale started moving so needed to pass it on to my girls I only took that cup and that was all. It clean me out maybe or I dont know what but it worked . so just wanted to let you all know . hopefully I am down hill from then yay!! 17 more days for my adventure in chicago yay!!!! I am so excited can you tell . ok now just a little note on friday I went to a bday party and some of my mom family was there and they dont know that I had surgery . so one of my cousins asked me so how much weight have you losts now you look good . I said aaah about maybe 25 lol she was like really well I am sure you will regain them soon . I said yeah I guess . Inside me I was like you B--tch that is not going to happen lol . Its funny how people cant deal or more like sometimes your own family will not accept you are doing something for your self and instead of congratulating you they always give you the negative of it. for some reason it happend with my cousin that day and the next they with one of my friends . lol but I dont care lol I know the truth and all of you know my goal . and that why I love you all !!! have a great monday and all of us together will make our goals come true . steph - I remember last night I was looking at pictures of when I was 193 and I didnt look like this lol I look better today . Sexy i feel at times but i still cant belive i look better than before at this weight . I KNOW IT HARD BUT WE NEED TO NOT ONLY FOCUS ON THE SCALE WE ALSO NEED TO FOCUS THAT OUR CLOTHES BIT BETTER THAT OUT CHIN IS SMALLER THINGS LIKE THAT . WE CANT GET OBSESED WITH THE NUMBERS IN THE SCALE THEY WILL MOVE . MY PATIENT CORDNATOR HAS HAD THE LAPBAND FOR 6 YEARS AND SHE SAID THAT YOUR BODY IS JUST ADJUSTING AND THAT THE SCALE WILL MOVE EVEN IF ITS 4 POUNDS A MONTH ITS GOOD THE MAIN POINT IS FOR NOT TO GAIN THEM . IT MAKES SENSE. WE CAN ALL HELP EACH OTHER SO GO INTO YOUR CLOSET AND SEE IF DOES PANTS FIT YOU KNOW THAT DIDNT FIT YOU BUT ALMOST :clap2: FIT YOU 3 WEEKS AGO . yes its true from a D cup I went to a C cup . You can tell the diffrence. I also went down in shoe size from a 10 to 8 1/2 what i was originally years and years ago lol good luck to you clau :clap2:
