I am tired...tired of this battle & ready to throw in the towel! So here's what I'm going to do - I'm going to stop trying to diet!!! They don't work, I've been dieting for 13 yrs and have gained a ton of weight in the process. I'm going to listen to my body, not my mind!!! My body tells me when I'm hungry and when I'm full. My mind wants to eat & eat & eat - it never gets full. I will use this lap-band as a tool to help in the transformation from the old me to the NEW ME!
