Hey, my journey has been pretty easy so far. I wish I would have done it a long time ago. I follow my doctor's orders pretty tightly. I was self pay and can't afford to have anything messed up!! You definitely have to have your mind set to want to truly do this. The band is only a tool, you have to make the changes in your eating habits and stuff like that. If you don't, you will not be very successful in your weight loss journey with the lap band. Good luck!
