After Dr.'s appointment weighed in and I have lost 21lbs since my surgery two weeks ago. I am so excited I weighed 412. A few more to go and I am out of the 400's! Wow what a difference I feel. I started this at 455. Good luck to anyone starting this process.

What an amazing journey this has been! I am one year out and doing amazing feeling great and wishing I had done this sooner. I am much more active wearing new cloths is such a good feeling and looking back at old pictures is strange.... What does the new year bring me.... More exercise and the ability to sleep better.... Trying to stick to eating right and making good Choices !!!!

So update I am now down 115lbs and I feel so amazing! I am a new person and feeling amazing. My life and energy has changed so much!!! I am biking again and working out better then ever so motivated.... Went from a size 5x to a 2x and that is starting to fit me loose... wow... can't say enough how pleased I am!!! Confused about time to take Vits and what not to mix?

I am taking a multi, Calcium, b-12, Biotin and Iron. I just recently talked to someone who said I should be careful with mixing by Vitamins and make sure to take my Iron at night. Then someone says take Iron in morning.. I am so confused.. When do you take your vitamins> Does it matter.. G -

UPDATE: I woke up this morning and I am now 92lbs down! 8 lbs more and I will have lost 100lbs! I feel so amazing and thank all of your for your support!!! G -

Officially down 83lbs... I feel so amazing.... NOTHING FITS ME.. but I refuse to buy clothes yet! Setting small goals and hitting them... at 100 I will need too! LOL To all the new people please hang in there and do your best. YOU CAN DO IT! G

I am wondering am I one of the lucky ones that doesn't have to do a 2 week pre op diet? I was told just don't go to buffets before! LOL I thought about doing my own modified one anyway to make things even more easier on myself? Thoughts comments? G
