    Before side view on left at 300 pounds and on right at 161. I was 295 morning of surgery. Its been about a year and a half and I've lost 134 pounds. Its difficult to believe that I was ever that size now. I don't even remember who that person was anymor
    You look fabulous! Did you have any problems w/ skin sagging? How often did you work out? And, did you stick to the strict diet?
