I am experiencing the same thing. I went to a meeting and was talking to other women. I guess this is one of the hardest times because we have not had a fill yet. I am eating fish, steamed veggies with hummus, and lots of soft foods. I found that I have to go to the gym and walk about 40 min. to keep losing. I am holding steady at 14 pounds lost. Just starting my 4th week. When is your first fill? I am sure that will help. Thanks for the message!!
