I have struggled for a while with my weight. I had sleep apnea and was on my way (probably) to diabetes as it runs in both sides of my family.I decided to do something more than just the next fad diet - I ask my PCP what my options were and then asked him for a referral for Lap Band surgery>Got banded on 7/15/2010.This is the beginning of a new life.
