I am bloated and premenstraul, didn't lose but didn't gain, stayed the same. I normally gain. Breafast: 3 eggs and soyrizo with salsa (about 350 calories) Snack: 15 almonds and 2 laughing cows Dinner: went out to dinner, carne asada burrito with cheese and beans without the tortilla Liquids: 80 ounces watered down crystal light Supplements: 1 tbsb. liquid vitamin, and 1 QuickSlim30

This PMS stuff is crazy!!!! I was starving too, then yesterday ate about 900 calories and didn't want to eat dinner or snack. I had 1 Laughing Cow just because I felt I needed to have something. I can't wait for my fill and hope I hit my sweet spot first time.

I loosly keep a count in my head, just for my info right now. I want to be able to look back and see where my body did best, higher calorie, lower or a combination like I am doing. Technically on South Beach, you eat till satisfied not counting anything! Eventually I won't count, but just want to make sure I am not eating too much since I have no restriction right now and then when i get filled in a week or so, I want to make sure I am eating enough. You can also use Fitday.com Another reason i count for now, I people underestimate how much they eat and then wonder why they don't lose or gain. We can be off by at least 1000 calories or more. I know that I probably was having about 4000 calories or more and didn't think I was eating a lot!!:faint: My nutrionist said to lose eat between 1200-1500 , no more no less.

I am right there with ya! I had my elyptical in the garage, pulled it into my living room now, but still don't use it everyday! It is a struggle for me to do it.

I know for me so far, I have been able to eat anything I want and actually enjoy it more, the flavors, etc since I used to just inhale my food. I still enjoy food just less of it!

I am premenstrual and bloated. I stayed the same in weight which I see as good, since I usually gain during this time. So, could mean I actually lost but won't see it for a few days or so? Yesterday I ate a 3 egg omelette with crab and cheese and 3 turkey bacons for breakfast, for lunch had carnitas with cheese and 1 Laughing cow for dinner since I got so busy I just didn't eat dinner. So maybe about 900 calories? I only got about 32 ounces of my water too since the people who were doing this demonstration at my house took forever! I didn't exercise since hubby was home on his day off. Today for breakfast I had 3 eggs and soyrizo, so about 350 calories. I have already had 32 ounces of watered down crystal light and my liquid vitamins and 1 QuickSlim30. I feel thinner though, clothes are feeling looser.My rings feel looser.

I am swollen, bloated and feel very premenstrual. I have been a lot hungrier too. I weighed in and stayed the same as last Friday, but I guess that's good since I normally gain. That is so weird!! I was supposed to start the day of surgery and didn't, so could I miss again?? I feel tired, hungry and emotional like I usually do... Man, I hope it doesn't screw up my weigh in tomorrow!! Did you notice that it messed with your weigh ins?

That is crazy!!! My husband's doctor made really sure. They cut the tubes, cauterized (burned) the ends and tied them!!!

You know what's weird? I have had no restriction and today when I ate my lunch, I felt like I could feel the meat passing through kinda painfully. I have no fill, but have heard that you can get tight during premenstrual time.

I was also shocked to hear about Anna Nicole's death. I used to watch her show and I used to feel so bad for her. It seemed like she was always disoriented on screen, but when they talked to her off screen, she seemed normal and sad. She did love her son I remember and it seemed like she tried to be the best mom she could. I also remember seeing a documentary on her when she went to visit the small town she was from. She was so nice and down to earth to people that remembered her. We all have an addiction of some sort. I know mine was food for so many years. Hers was drugs and alcohol, probably to kill the pain she felt. It probably got so much worse when her son died and mixed emotions that is coincided with the birth of her baby girl. Someone else was saying maybe she had postpardom depression? I also hope to that her father loves her and gives her a stable life, with unconditional love and free of any abuse.

I think I will still weigh in but if I don't like it, I will take it as an unofficial weight!! Then I guess I will weigh in a few days later. I have been really easier irritated. I hate being like that, because I am really easy going.

Glacial Milk, 1 QuickSlim 30 and 1 Biotin Aunto flo just doesn't want to come!!! Did anyone else skip there periods?? I am not pregnant either!!! My husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago.

Someone told me that once one person notices, a lot of people start to notice. My daughters teacher noticed yesterday and I was so happy. She said the baggy clothes I had been wearing hid the fact I was losing.

That is awesome!!!! Don't forget to keep a pair! I kept a pair of my parachute underwear from when I was 240+ and pull them out once in a while. I don't have any jeans to wear now and don't want to wear the big ones that don't fit anymore. They actually make me look heavy. Your body will catch up with the inches soon and you will have a big drop in weight. It has happened to me before!! :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

I had to get rid of my regular workout pants and wear the smaller pants I haven't been able to wear for a while. My daughters teacher was looking at me and saying "hey, are you losing weight?" She said that I had been wearing my jacket or jacket tied around the waist so it was hard to tell, but my clothes today were more form fitting. I don't feel ready, or skinny enough yet to take pics. But I think I will take a mid point pic and one near goal!

Hey 15 minutes still counts!!! I did a workout video for 1/2 hour and felt every minute of it. I feel like crap!!! But I usually feel like this pre aunt flo's visit.

YEAHHH!!! You are doing great!!!! Those calories are coming down!!!:clap2: I think aunt Martha is coming to visit us all at the same time. How funny! I am still waiting for her and hope she doesn't interfere with my Friday weigh in. I used to always retain crazy Water. I almost don't want to weigh in till she has arrived!
