I was banded in January and I am constantly losing my hair. It is combing out each day. My hair has shed so much that once a thick head of hair is now extremely thin. Any suggestions.

Thanks Leesalu, I finally broke down and called my Dr. at 6 a.m. He told me to take Duccolax and Duccolax suppositories. I was able to move my bowels a bit!

I was banded at 9:30 am in Baltimore, MD yesterday (1-14-11.) I was able to go home around 7 p.m. I feel good just a little sore. I think that gas is on its way. I am currently taking Gas-X strips...any other suggestions!

Dr. Singh is my doctor, love him! So far so good! If I could explain the discomfort it is like a 5lb weight sitting on your stomach and you can't get it off. Other than that everything is fine!

I am in need of liquid diet options. I am on day four. I keep drink the same thing everyday! I know that I will be tired of this routine soon!

I started my pre-op diet on January 1st! I get Banded on 1-14-11! I am so excited and happy! I am looking forward to a healthy life with my girls. (tear)! Anyone have any advice for with the pre-op diet?

I am patiently waiting for my approval. I wanted to know if there is a Protein Powder that is made of SOY that tastes good. I am lactose intolerant and need something that won't agitate my stomach! I am trying a couple of Protein Powders now, but they give me gas!
