Hi, for years and years (and dollars and dollars for gym, diet this and that, and so on), I have tried to get the weight off. The lowest I have ever gotten was 145 when I got pregnant with my twins and was very ill every day for three months :) Now, 18 years late, the weight is going up and up. I currently weigh about 185 and even though I can wear my clothes comfortably, I want to lose the weight for health reasons. This year alone, I had to have foot surgery due to injuries related to weight gain. My doctor suggested losing about 40-50 pds, but I think for my heigh and build, 65 is good. We shall see.
