Not too much info! I used to get those all the time.. Should contact MD think they just have u use hydrocortizone creme... Plus do u have the soap we have to wash with the nite before and morning of surgery... It just may be heat rash... Plus the surgery isn't done down there, it's from the belly button up... Congrats on ur exercise even though u had to lay off for now ur still doing a heck more than I am... Just think positive like this liquid diet is just about over for u!!! Then it's off to takin off the pounds! yeah
