Hi my name is Heather and i have battled my weight for 9 years. i was never and over weight child or teen but once i got married to my first huusband and had 2 kids my weight seemed to get worse and worse. i lost 60 pounds in 2005 right after my divorce.i was 272 at the time of the divorce and 6 months later i was down to the lowest i had seen in 5 years 217 i was feeling great. then all of the sudden i started gaining it and FAST. a couple years down the road i met my second husband and was nearly at my heaviest and i got comfortable and gained about 40+ pounds to top me off at my first Dr app. at 289 gees that was a rude and emotional awaking!!! i was so happy to have my husbands support and my families support too.the band has already changed my life and im have only been on the journey for 4.5 months i have lost 56 pounds i have about 73 to go to get to my goal weight of 160. Im thinking once i lose weight and get down to my 160 and feel comfortable im thinking about having a child with my husband we have 3 kids 2 of mine and he has one from a previous marriage too. has anyone had the band and got pregnant?? this is the reason i joined to chat with others and hear the stories i would really like to hear from ppl who have had surgery and got pregnant.thanks.
