hi emsey, congratulation now that you are banded!! well a quick remedy to relieve pain is to stick both your hand in a bucket of ice, i saw it on TV once then i tried it when i had a toothache to my surprise it work! do you know what kind of health problem the woman had?? I'm a bit worried myself as I am borderline anaemic i don't know if that will be a problem, because i have not been able to donate blood because of that. -

can anyone tell me if i will be able to fast after my opp,it will be during ramadan (the fasting month for Muslim)where we eat early morning then stop eating before sunrise until sunset. i've never had any problem fasting but this time will that have any effect on my band?? -

I agree with you wannabe, I have read as well on one of the tread that she needed to remove her band and had a new one fitted.it mite work out slightly expensive with Dr Chris but at least if anything go wrong he will know. well has anybody else had their fills with other surgeon? -

I am on my first day of my pre opt diet and I am doing very well I am doing the slimfast diet and don't seem to be hungry at all!! Yep i think i can do that for 10 days on second thought i could have done that long time wouldn't have needed the band:unsure: -

hi all! i thought i was the only one suffering from that problem, if i miss my lunch i will become very shaky and even however how much i eat it takes a long while before i recover. my whole family suffer fro that problem i thought it was genetic! i am going to be banded in the next two week i am worried how i will cope with the band. -
i am being banded onthe 13th Aug is it only days you can do the pre opt diet?

hi there! i booked through proffesional beauty they charged 4150 euro but just for the band i had to booked my own hotel at 160 euro for 3 nights for 2 people and i am going to pay my own taxi! £218 for return with eurostar for two people. so i think its best to contact federick directly. -

thank you very much weemombise and wannabe slinky. my surgery is now booked for the 13th of august! i am very exicted but very scared of the surgery itself. i have a very low pain threshold i cannot bear any pain not even plucking my eyebrows.I am travellling back onthe 15th august by eurostar so i hope i want be in so much pain. :tt2:
