I am in the exact same situation with weight loss and everything. I feel like I am pregnant. My band was removed on 5/16, and my stomach is so swollen. I hope it goes down soon and good luck -
The elliptical is hard, but with time it becomes easier. At first I couldn't last for 3 mins, and now i can go for about a hour!! Keep with it because it gets easier. I can do it for like an hour now.

:help:Hey everyone!! It has been a while since I have been here. I was banded Nov 27, 2006. Seems like everything is going okay with me. I have lost 60lbs:clap2::clap2: but I still have a good amount to go. I had a question. How much are you able to eat before you get full?

:help: Hey Everyone!! I am a week post and on Monday I am moving off of mushies. Right now I still get hungry. It is like I can still eat a good amount but i just have to eat it slow. But the only thing I am supposed to be on a diet, where i eat about 1/2 cup servings. And that is not enough. I was wondering if this was normal, and will it be like this until i am filled???

Hey... I am being banded on monday morning a little more than 12 hours kind of nervous but I am happy. So ready for change. Good luck. We both will do well.
