  1. Hi All....I want to explain my situation and see if this is normal. I was banded 6-16. First fill 7-22, second 8-26. I really don't fill full ever and I think I'm eating way too much food at a time. If I am full, wouldn't I feel it? I'm worried that I am stretching my pouch but I have never felt sick, vomited or even felt full. I am losing weight b/c I exercise regularly and I have alot of sheer will power, but I thought this would be different and I would stop eating b/c I couldn't eat anymore or I would throw up. My band can hold 11cc and I have had 3cc so far. Do I need another fill? Thanks all who have any words of wisdom for me!

    Not feeling 'Full'

    I had my first fill on July 22 and I feel nothing. I think I could eat as much as I want, I never feel full. I am still losing weight bc I stick to the protein rules and I sometimes go hungry!!
  4. I had my first fill a week ago and the only difference I feel is if I eat too fast, I get pain in my chest and throat. Other than that I really don't feel much different. I'm trying to slow down when I eat. I got 4cc at the fill. Should I call for more?
  5. Thanks everyone for your replys! I think I'll give it another week or so. I'm not scheduled for another fill until the middle of Sept but if I don't feel like this is working, I'll go back before then.
  6. I have worried about the same thing. I get my first fill on the 22nd and so far I have felt no effects of the band. It is so hard when there is no restriction. I try to eat small amounts but I never feel full!
  7. I was banded on 6-16 and recovery has gone well. I've stayed on the plan and have lost about 24 lbs which I am thrilled about. So far, no pain or problems but today I am craving snacks. I just want to eat....something!!! anything!!!! HELP. I am going to go walk..hope that helps!
  8. Thanks everyone for the great ideas!!! I am scared to take that first bite of what I call junk food for fear that I won't be able to quit!!! But, the next time the snack attack happens, I'm going to try a few small bites, chewing slowly to savor the favor, and enjoy!!
