Good Morning Elizabeth,

I took a leave from work to take care of my health and thank God for giving the opportunity to do so. I was diagnosed with an incurable cancer in 2006 (Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma) It has reamained stable for 5 yrs this coming Jan. God has given me the stenght to jump these hurdles as they cross my path.

I feel the same way about this forum. It really prepared me for "The Big Day" Aside from everyone being so informative & helpful they have been so nice and caring. I also need to listen to my body & right now its telling me to slow down a little. I feel really good these past couple of days but still tire easily. Im so used to always doing something. I need to sit back & embrace the new and different phases of this journey.

Im really glad your feeling better & able to enjoy your gogurt. I see my Dr. today for follow-up. Im hoping he lets me eat some yogurt cuz I get hungry & liquids not quite taking care of it.
