Hi there everyone. I am getting banded in 15 days and at the moment i have terrible eating habits. I was so worried that after the band is in place I will still be able to eat big amounts of food. Don't get me wrong I plan on modifying my diet as well but its just I have little success with any type of restriction in the past. Can anyone explain to me if they had these concerns as well?
