I am not going to lie. It was a little hard at first, but I knew that I had to stick with it.

I know it seems hard right now to think you could stay with the post op diet but I promise it gets so much easier after. I got full from sipping 2 oz the first week and I had to force myself to drink that much. You'll be fine!

Just be strong. The liquid diet and pre diet, and the first couple of weeks after surgeyr are the hardest part, but I promise you it gets easier. Good luck with your journey. I don't regret doing it one bit and definitely wish I had done this years ago.

I will be having the sleeve the first of October. I am conern about the diet i have to be on after surgery. Can I do it?
