It's hard but then it's not hard.. You have to ask yourself how bad do you want this....If food can still go through easily, than think of something you can eat that is low in fat, sugar carbs.... Such as sugar free icream-cream, sugar free pudding with a tablespoon of cool whip...I cup of mash potatoes with boil chicken....Boost or Glucerna drinks.. You can also go on this website for lapband people..www.realizemysuccess.com they have lots and lots of good food...Also do things around the house, create projects that never existed before. Call a friend that is into workingout even though they didn't get the band done....Try not to eat bread, white noodles and rice (even though the bread is whole grain, it's still bread) maybe once a week. Think of you fighting for you like you have never stood up and fought for you in your while life.... . Good luck! Please keep me posted.
