i was once in the USAF, I was 188lbs and as fit as a fiddle, that was the smallest I have ever been in my adult life. That was also 15 years ago. I am now 400lbs. I am otherwise healthy, no diabetes, no apnea, no heart issues. My knees hurt, my back hurts. so now im ready to do something, because apparently I need this tool to lose the weight.
