  1. First, you look great , when I first read your story I bagel, pizza , you know better. That is the stuff that got us there. Also a bagel before bed or at night ? You don't need it.. Well as far as exercise , malls are great most have a track around inside and will tell you how far it is.also maybe a gym is a good plCe to start.. It's easy for my bad knees to do bike then treadmills. Looking at your photo you look great now feel like you look. Pretty and damn sexy.

  4. Start by writing down intake for a few days , drink lots water an show the doctor your log he will adjust according to that. Good luck , temper baby steps this is for the. Rest of your life .

    Portions and sliders?

    You even to be following the plan. Slider food are the ones like chips, crackers, and popcorn. Things that have no nutritional value but, we crave. I get to be on vacation now for two weeks in LA while wife is working so I get to work out and sight see, and pass EVERY fast food place. How do you put three burger places next to each other???so I will jump over Jack in the box, drive out of in-n-out , and look away from Carl's burgers while here. Keep on the track we will get through this together...

    I as a lapbander do not except you giving up. I and the rest of us want all to succeed, you have a tool in there, start using it and get some assistance from your doctor or another close to you. from someone who has been fat most of my life, I know what it is like to just give up.ten years ago we had nothing like this now we can do something. GET UP,WIPE YOURSELF OFF, AND GET BACK IN THE GAME...

    Stalled and frustrated

    love this topic. I went yesterday and went on scale. lost one pound this week. puts me at 29 for last 5 weeks. I was a bit angry not more but I have learned through the message board this is just a body adjustment. diet has not changed exercise increased instead of decreased. I will be traveling for two weeks and able to exercise more but eat out EVERY Night. I have learned how to eat out and what slides down easy, so 30 pounds that is great , marathon not a sprint......
  14. i have the same office dr. wizeman , talk to Gwen she is the best. started with them last month after first doctor failed to teach me the way of the band. good luck hope to see you at august meeting.

    Green is the best place to be. I do have late-nite craving am in the green,but when I do get them I grab cheese stick. it helps.Your doing great keep it up.
