CONGRATS on your recent banding!!! There's not much you can do for the shoulder pain, but keep walking...the more you move, the more your body tissues will absorb the gas (a heating pad helped me too). You'll feel a LOT better in another day or two.
My biggest advice is to keep reading, keep the journey as positive as you can, and keep getting those fills. When restriction is perfect you should have no real hunger between meals...that doesn't mean you're 'full' it means you're 'satisfied' between meals.
