i am 64 yrs old female who has struggled with a weight problem my whole adult life. I have been on every diet and always gain back any weight lost plus more. I want to lose weight and feel good about myself. I want to be able to do all the things i have put off because of my weight. If i don' t do something soon it will be to late.
