  1. Hi, thank you so much for the compliment. I remember the beginning stage too and it really does go by fast. For exercise, I pretty much do Jazzercise 3-5 times per week and try to walk on the days I am not doing it. I actually made a fitness goal to become a Jazzercise instructor and managed to make it at the end of June.
