Hi Kim, I keep forgetting about coming on here, but wanted to see how your doing. Today is my first fill, thank god, so far I haven't felt any restriction and have had to rely only on my better judgement with regard to food choices and portion control. Good Luck to you, I am 6 days post-op, like you i was so proud of weight i lost prior to surgery-when you have so much to loose (starting pt 385) it was just to daunting, but knowing if i could loose 20 I could have this done gave me the push i needed. I got down to 384 before surgery and haven't weighed in yet-so far this is super harder than I thought it would be, ah, i want to chew something-even if it healthy. I'm on full-liquids right now, it's tough, but worth it, keep in touch-i'm new to the board, this is my first post-g/l on the 15th
