Nice to hear from someone. Don't be scared, I can assure you it is the best decision you can make......I was so unhappy with my weight and to make me feel better guess what I did......I ate! The band was the catlyst for losing weight. It certainly made a huge difference in my life. I even marked the occassion by having a tattoo!!!! Much to my husbands horror but hey I now feel really good about myself.......Its not that I am this skinny thing.....I consider myself to be an 'average' sizederson now and I love it.
