It is great that you are making great strides toward your goal. Be encouraged, you can do it. I just had the surgery on June 9th of this year and I am down approx. 40lbs myself. I refuse to eat bread, pasta, rice, and definitely any sweets. I have not had a fill yet, so my eating habits are all mental at this point. My goal is to lose 2.5 pounds a week to reach 250 lbs by June of next year. I'd rather do it with mental power than the physical restrictions a fill places on you. This will only increase vomiting. Stay focused and remember to get your vitamins in, this is very important!!!!
