    OMG!!!! It is ssssssoooooo good to hear/see you again!!!! When I saw the rock--I had to scroll up to look at see "Nina"...I am so glad to see you back!!! How has the weight loss gone for you? Please let us know...You were such an encouragement to me when I first got the band!!!1

  3. b--100 calorie pudding lunch--1 1/2 cup of 15-bean soup with italian turkey sausage d--yogurt covered almonds lulac---I noticed you a size 6...do you or did you do any weight training? Any flabby skin? (arms, tummy, legs, etc.) I apologize if I'm being too personal.

I ate too much and haven't posted nearly enough...time for me to get back into the swing of things...so that I can ensure success. b--apple s-carrob???? covered almonds (a friend gave them to me--suppose to be a "healthy" alterative to chocolate) l-1 cup of stir-fry (leftover from Genghis Grill) s-yogurt covered almonds (about 10) d-blackened talapia I need some veggies...but won't get them today!!!

    Oreo-- i'm in the same boat....I haven't posted very much, but I lurk at least once a week. I am currently hovering between 179lbs. and 181lbs and a size 16. I ultimately want to get to a size 12---not sure how much I will weigh, but I imagine somewhere around 150lbs. I am recommitting so that I can loose 30lbs. by June 2009....My job has been reassigned closer to my house--so now my new goal is to go directly to the gym after work.....hopefullly this will help..... Be bless all...

    Old clothes

    I started out as a 24 and am now a 16. I needed money to purchase new clothes so I had a MAJOR garage sale. I posted it on craigslist.com, and sent out an e-vite to everyone in my address book. Large size clothing sells very well. I made it a $5.00 sale. Most items (blouses, pants, dresses etc.) My better clothes were priced higher. I had people calling me the night before to come and look at the clothes. I made approx 1000.00 dollars. It was worth it!!!1

    Hey Y'all!!!! nvalicia---YOU LOOK GOOD!!! I hadn't seen your new aviator. Hello to all---I'm still at about 80lbs loss...I haven't weighed lately, but my clothes are still fitting perfectly (size 16) reg...not W (YEA!!!!)...I keep getting so many compliments, that I'm about to become complacent and LOVE MY SIZE 16. I've never been a 16--and it feels great!!1 However, my goal is 150lbs. I don't know what the size will be--

  16. I noticed a couple of pages back that someone was eating hummas? I went to the store to look for some and it only had 1g protein. Is there a higher brand that I should be looking for? Also...I wished I lived next door to some of you so that you could leave me a plate of your yummy leftovers on the porch...I hate cooking!!!!

  20. b--i forgot l-salad d-2 cups jambalya I went and purchased some greek yogurt today. I can't wait to eat it for breakfast in the morning...It's expensive...I have some kashi-go-lean cruch Cereal that I am going to mix in.... Isn't that just like a "fat person"....already thinking about tomorrows meal!!!1 LOL

    WOMBAT!!! I know what you mean...our little thread if slowly fading away...I hope it's because we're all doing so well and don't need the support....but we still need each other to maintain the success. I think that I am going to start Couch 2 5K again. I got as far as 7 weeks and then my grandmother passed and I stopped. It rained here in Dallas today--so it's not that hot...
