Everyone is doing GREAT!!! I didn't do day 3 of week 4--so I'm going to repeat week 4t this week. I struggled with it last week..... I'm on spring break--spent the day cleaning most of the garage..will finish tomorrow -

I absolutely love Dr. B....I ditto everything cindi said. his staff and true results were wonderful. I researced quite a bit and found him to be the best for me. He came highly recommended. there is anther thread about him. You might want to do a search. -

Berg--How much protein do they have? Georgia--I tried the spinich and artichoke stuffed chicken breast--quite tasty....I was actually full after 1/2---but my greedy self ate the whole thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm debating making an appointment to get a fill. I've been toying with the same weight +-a few pounds for the last month or so....It's like my body is resisting going into onderland....THE DEVIL IS A LIE!!! MY WEIGHT WILL START WITH A 1--- just thought I'd vent and yell!!! LOL

I am TRULY addicted...I look at it from my phone when I'm bored...If I wake up in the middle of the night, I wonder "have my friends posted anything?" hahahaha!!!! STEF--I went to wal-mart and purchased the peanut butter you told me about---WOW--I made my shake with it and it was TERRIFIC...I don't know if it was really any better of if it was just a mental thing... What do you know about taking fish oil? Someone told me that since I am starting to jog, I should take it for lubrication of my joints. Stef--let me know and what brand do you recommend

Karey--so glad to know that you came through alright and are on the mend. How was your mom's party? -
Busy....a co-worker and I were talking today and her brother told her to go and get fish oil pills. She and her son (who is a runner) started taking it and they say that it has worked wonders. Apparently, the fishoil works as a lubricant. I haven't tried it, but I am going to see if I can find some small capsules or maybe in a liquid form....I'm sure the large capsules won't be good for the band. Keep up the good work. I am determined to finish the program and hopefully learn to enjoy running. To do this I had to change my course of thinking and run for endurance (time) and not speed. I walk between 3.0 and 3.3 and jog between 3.7-4.0......The fact that I am running is a huge difference for me...so speed won't matter....endurance does. The day that I can run 30 minutes (no matter how slowly) will be a great day!!!

I am off track by a day!!!! I missed my run yesterday because I was in the caucus line trying to vote--I stood in the cold for over an hour--- so it's off to the gym I go today!! Congrats chocolate---you will do well!!!!

b-1 packet of weight controlled banana bread oatmeal with strawberries l-1 pouch (5oz) hickory smoked tuna--mixed with light mayo and sweet relish snack--whole wheat crackers and 12 almonds d--unknown at this time 48 oz of crystyal light..so far!!

capt....good to hear from you!!! How is the job hunting going? Right now Stef and Suzzie have me addicted to chocolate peanutbutter protein shakes. Prior to that, I ate Activa yoguart with trailmix, blueberries and raspberries. I would alternate this with trailmix, soymilk and fresh fruit.....this helps me to stay regular. Prior to that I was addicted to Supreme Protein Bars (30g)---DEE-LISH--US!!!!

Everyday is a new day..... Actually--you can justify that by saying I had a "bad lunch"--not a bad day. Everything else was alright. Did you exercise? If so, that takes away some of the guilt of lunch.
