Wdaddy--you can do it!!!!! We're all doing so well--no matter what stage we're in...I won't weight until April 1st. I know the inches are coming off--I have on some pants today that are fitting well. When I weight I am looking for my weight to begin with a 1. I am so close..If my weight starts with a 2--I'll be so disappointed!!!!1 -

Luluc--thanks for the idea about spanx--I have some already--so I'll give it a try. I did day 2 of week 6 today. I am going to repeat it on Saturday. It was a struggle. Stranger--Although I haven't finished yet, I have often wondered if I will continue running after the 9 weeks. I'm so dag gum competetive--even against myself!!! I wanted to quit tonight--but I had to keep saying---you can do it.....I refuse to be a quitter--even if I'm the only one who knows that I quit. AAAAAHHHHGGGGG!!! -
b-chocolate peanutbutter protein shake l-3/4 cup spinich chicken salad s-100 calorie pack d-1/2 cordon blue chicken breast really constipated (sorry TMI)....tried to eat some okra, corn and tomatoes for fiber (it's stuck!!!) egg salad--eggs, light miracle whip, black pepper chicken salad--just started using georgia's recipe---canned chicken, tostito's spinich dip, black pepper

Georgia--I made the chicken spinich salad last night. I ate it today. It was pretty good. I think I'll add more of the dip to the chicken...it was a little dry...but tasty nevertheless thanx

Stef--I assume that it worked...YEA!!! It took me a while to figure it out. I had actually forgotten about that problem. You're entitled to a whining session--but remember to go to your Word in times like these...."fall down--but get back up!!!"

Week 6 day 1 is finished!!!! It just about wore me out....now for a personal question. Does anyone else have this issue: Now that I'm losing weight and jogging more I can feel my belly jiggling. Do you wear tights or biking shorts under your sweats or do "let the jelly roll"? -

stef---when you look at itunes you will only see week 9. If I remember correctly, you can click the dot or triangle next to the words. This should expand the week 9 and you should see all 9 weeks, then you can import it to your ipod

Stef--when I downloaded my podcast, I clicked on download and it did it to the hard drive. I went into itunes and plugged in my ipod and it synced as usual.

Well, well, well---Week 5 is a done deal!!!! I actually jogged for 20 mins!!! Can you believe it???? If I hadn't done it--I wouldn't have believed it----YEA ME!!! Wdaddy!!!--good for you....You are a running machine!!!! congrats on the weight loss--I had a fill last Wed.--so I look forward to dropping a few more soon Wombat, TX & Colton--keep up the good work!!!! -

Suzzie--I don't know if this will help the sugar cravings, but it helps me. I'm totally a sugar addict too. I keep the Crystal Light packets with me at all times--it's just enough sweetness to kill the cravings. Also, I chew X-tra peppermint or winterfresh gum. Dan--Did you ever ask the young lady at your ortho's office out? Give us the details???????????? FYI--I'm in week 5 of the couch to 5K program...I'm nervous about my next workout---it's a 20 min run!!!!! UGGG!

Suzz---count that as a VICTORY!!!!!! Yea--no ice cream!!! Not that I'm trying to replace your addiction--but have you considered Giletto (sp?) the italian ice cream...it's suppose to be no fat and much better than ice cream. I got my fill yesterday. .3cc (i think). I already have 7. It's funny--just sitting hear at the computer has caused my band to tighten...I actually feel it in my chest---and I'm not eating. My band has a mind of its own!!! Have a great day

Cap--don't beat yourself up!! You probably think that it's a lot of weight, but I'm guessing it's really not. Put it all in perspective. Speaking of fills....I am scheduled to get a fill today. I've been hungry in between meals and my weight isn't moving....GUESS WHAT!?!?!?!? I actually got stuck on refried beans last night!!!! What tha heck??????????? I was thinking...is this a sign that I'm tightening up after all this time? (Haven't had a fill since Jan.).....but anywho...I'm getting the fill and going below 200lbs. About the ice cream....I don't buy it...I love it....I'm not disciplined enough to have it in the house....No chips, cookies or ice cream....I do buy the 100 calorie packs of stuff...but I shouldn't...when I eat 2-3 packs within an hour--I'm defeating the purpose!!! You think???? DUH!!! Have a great day!!!

I go to Sam's and purchase cases of Ozarka 24oz bottles. I go to Wal-mart and get my favorite Crystal Lights (all of the tea) Crystal Light carries me through the day. I typicall get in 2-3 bottles a day. So I'm getting anywhere from 48oz-72oz a day. Favorite Crystal Light: peach tea, ice tea, raspberry tea, peach mango tea, manderine orange tea I am losing inches...no doubt...but it would be nice to see my weight start with a 1!!!!! I am trying to see how I can increase my exercise from 3x a week to 3-5x...I wish I could be like those who lose 8lbs-10lbs with no exercise. However, I realize that they are probably eating 1 or 2 bites of food for each meal---which I don't think is healthy. I went to wal-mart and purchased some biotin tonight. I'll let you know if it works.
