    Couch to 5K Anyone want to start with me ?

    I weigh on the 1st of every month. I've been hoovering around 200 and 202. TODAY I WEIGHTED 199.5!!!!! I got on the scale at least 5 different times to see the number!!!!!

    I have found that eating Activia yoguart does the trick....If I don't have that, I eat kashi go lean cereal, or green leafy veggies.

  12. yesterday b-crustless quiche l-crustless quiche, 2 hushpuppies, 1 shrimp d-couple bites of okra, corn, and tomatoes and again....crustless quiche s-100 calorie pack/couple of handfuls of popcorn (As you can tell I was lazy yesterday...ate the same things all day!!!!) today--so far: b-3/4 cup kashi go lean crunch cereal with soy milk and blueberries l-jalepeno and cheese stuffed chicken breast d------undetermined.......

    Stef--What else do you have on your bracelet and where did you get it from. I don't wear a lot of jewelry. I do wear a James Avery Charm Bracelet always. Do you think that I could get the info put on a charm and have it attached to my existing bracelet?

    Wombat---3 Cheers to you!!!!!! Speed doesn't matter!!!! (that's what I tell myself!!!!) My heartrate is up for a significant amount of time and that's what counts--the inches are moving and I'll find out tomorrow if the scale has moved!!!! I've started weighing on the 1st of the month.

    Stef---I'm currently doing the couch to 5k 3 times a week. I need something (weights) to do on the off days. I'll pm you and you can ask me the questions and put something together for me. I am considering getting a personal trainer. I have to look at my bugdet. I really need one for the weights. I HATE doing weights...I have the cardio under control......It's the weights that I have challenges with!!!!

    NSAIDS--I had to look it up.....Non-Steroid Anti Inflammatory Drug (anything to reduce fever, headachs, ibuprofen, etc.)--do a google search and you'll get lots of info.

  20. yesterday b-scrambled egg with peppers, couple bites of hashbrown, 2 slices of bacon l-1/4 cordon blue chicken breast d-supreme protein bar and couple bites of chicken spinich salad Georgia--made the crustless quiche. I changed the recipe a little. I sauteed green bell peppers, onions and spinich. I didn't have the munster cheese so I used what I had--mexican blend....I'll have one for lunch and let you know. They smelled GREAT!!!!

    Stef--that was a GREAT post...You know how I feel about you!!!! Luv, Luv, Luv ya!!!! I've told you that...but to the rest of you...esp. Suzzzie---I haven't said it to you, but I luv each of you also---your post, the encouragement, the vents, the rants, raves, confessions and kudos all help to make me stronger!!!! Suzzzie---I know what you mean about loving to watch t.v. and the gym....I feel the same way!!!!

    nvalicia----You have lost 112lbs. THAT'S GREAT!!!! As your BMI lowers, it may be possible that your weight loss will slow down. That's what the people in the fill center told me. I lost 10.8 lbs in 2 months (5lb a month). They said that was good because my BMI is lowering, so I shouldn't expect to still do 8lbs to 10lbs a month.
