nvalicia--make another appt and get checked out!!! Go until they find out what's going on. I have something weired going on with my band--might just be the last fill is kickin in. Today I tried to eat 2 veggie sausages. Snack: Ate 2 100 calorie packs (I know...I know) dinner--3 chicken nuggets---- I have felt stuffed all day....that's not nearly enough calories or even a cup a food at each meal....I'm not PBing...just know that I can't eat.... I'll see how tomorrow goes--going to start with a protein shake.

WOMBAT---Congrats!!! I didn't realize that you had finished...been scanning more than reading!!!! Keep up the good work...I'm going to start back up today...still on week 7--day 2....I think I've mentally blocked day 3--the 25 minute run....dreading it!!! -
I found them in the freezer bin. The one that sits in the the aisle, in front of the meat cases. They are 2 in a box (jalepeno stuffed and cordon blue) Also, there were some mushroom stuffed ones in the meatcase with the regular chicken. Hope it helps.

Suzzie--that's great about the 98lbs that are gone!!!! YEA SUZZZZIE!!!! It's also great about the 30 minute walk---something beats nothing!!!! Suzzziee---If I remember correctly, we share a love for Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies---today she I bought some 90 calorie pack of Quaker Mini Delights Chocolately Mint....(mint chocolate drizzled rice cakes)---THEY ARE THE BOMB!!!! I almost hate that I bought them--I'll probably eat seveal bags...at one time!!!

Stef---GREAT JOB!!! You do make riding sound fun!!! How on earth do you ride and take px??????? You're so talented!!!! Rhonda--Hang in there--be faithful to the fills and keep riding....You guys are so inspiring. I don't think I still remember how to ride a bike. I'm not even sure if I remember how to swim. I'm going to try as soon as the heater at the gym pool is fixed. If I've forgotten, I think I'll take lessons. Wombat--I love reading your posts--you're so encouraging!!

mjsafari---GOOD 4 U!!!! It feels awesome when we see that we can purchase smaller sizes!!! I had a similar experience yesterday. I've never shopped at TJ Maxx, but I was with a friend and decided I'd try on some clothes...I was so surprised to get into smaller sizes (16)....I was so excited that I went to JC Penney and bought a couple outfits ( I had gift certificates)-----You're on your want to "Onederland!!!!"

Allamess---your name cracks me up.... This is an exercise program that gradually teaches/allows you to run 5k at one time. It's a 9 week program that uses intervals of jogging and walking. I don't know how you guys run outside!!!!?!?!?!?!!?! I don't know what I was thinking....as a "treat" and boost of inspiration for reaching "onder-land"--I decided I would try to run the program at the park. I'm on week 6 day 2--(2 10 min. runs). I did the brisk warm-up and started running....eight minutes into it was thinking "If I can just get to the car....If I can just get to the car....." I thought my band was going to explode in my chest...I don't know why it was so difficult....I wasn't running fast.... When I reached the car, I thanked the Lord and went to the gym to do the program on the treadmill. I actually ran longer than the required amount, if you count the 8 min at the park.....WHEW!!!!!! more power to you outside runners!!!! -
I don't think I'm going to make my goal....I've become a slow loser!!!! My doc says that 5lbs a month is great!!! I was losing up to 10lbs a month in the beginning. I was told that as my BMI decreases, my weightloss will slow down as well.

I weigh on the 1st of every month. I've been hoovering around 200 and 200. TODAY I WEIGHTED 199.5!!!!! I got on the scale at least 5 different times to see the number!!!!! <!-- google_ad_section_end -->
