stef...don't be discouraged...STOP WEIGHING.... Here's a suggestion---Tell yourself that you have a full band and continue eating and working out as if you did. When you're hungry chew gum or drink a big glass of water. I know it's easier said that done.....If I remember correctly, the 15th is when you go back for review. If so, 1 day down and 14 to go...YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Challenge yourself to not gain more than xx amount of lbs.

hey family: I haven't posted in a while, but I read everyday. Suzzzie--I love Stef's idea. I've never heard of a place like that.if she's a girly girl then go and get pedicures or manicures (no fake nails--just the massaging and polish) she'll love being pampered before the concert. If there is a Main Event near you---that place is GREAT--bowling alley, laser tag, arcade, etc. I broke down and invested in a personal trainer. I signed up for 10 sessions. I will do 2 a week. I like the trainer. Just talking to him, he seems knowledable about the body. We will start Monday.

Hey everyone!!! What's happening??? I think I eat too many carbs also---I eat a couple of 100 calorie packs a day. By the time I eat them, I don't want dinner. I don't really know the carb intake because I haven't taken the time to read the package. Breakfast--dannon strawberry and banana smoothie lunch-4 slices of deli meat with ff cream cheese snack--mint chocolate rice cakes (90 cal) & 2 beef jerkey nuggets dinner--not hungry yet...so undetermined lots of crystal light throughout the day.

yesterday b-chocolate peanut butter protein shake l-deli meat with ff cream cheese s-same as lunch d--slice of chocolate cake s-same as dinner ......bad day!!!!

Congrats on all of the "one-derlands"...and the "new baby"...My next weight date isn't until May 1st. I have sabbatoged myself over the past few days....I ate chocolate cake for dinner and a snack last night.....Dag gum that cake for going down so easily!!!! I'm having a garge sale tomorrow to get rid of my plus size clothes!!! I hope everythings goes fast. I posted it on craigs list and put an ad in the newspaper...

Stef--I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Gosh....if anyone can weather this "storm". You can do it!!!! As someone said before, you have made such drastic "LIFESTYLE CHANGES" you will have no problems. You are in my prayers. I pray that all will go well--that your pouch will heal quickly and without any other challenges. I pray that you will receive relief from any pain. I pray that your family and friends will be supportive during this time when you're unfilled and won't try to tempt you into doing things that are not beneficial for your health. I ask God to help you maintain discipline in your eating and exercise and when you don't feel disciplined may the power of the Holy Spirit take over and give you the necessary strenghth needed to last until a decision has to be made. I know that everything will turn out alright and you will not have to have your band removed. In Jesus' name...Amen!!!! I know you're a believer!!!!

I haven't been posting my meals lately...just so darn busy. But I am keeping up with what you all are eating and looking for new foods to add to my daily intake. I'll start back Monday....I need the accountability. Nothing like seeing it in writing.

I like the look of the new LBT site. However, I use to just click "My Account" and could view all the threads that I subscribe to. Now I have to go to "New Messages" and then click on "User CP". Is there an easier way? Can "My Accounts" be brought back?"

Beckie sorry for your loss. My family had the homegoing celebration for my grandmother yesterday. It was a wonderful service. With God's help you and your BF will get thruough it---not over it--just through it. Be blessed I tried to remain conscious of what I was eating during this time, so that I wouldn't "stress eat"---however the cakes looked SOOOOOOOOOOO good!! I know that I ate wwwwaaaayyyy more than I should---UUURRRGGGHHH!!! Where's Stef?

Wdaddy!!!!! AWESOME, AMAZING, WONDERFL, SUPERFANTASTIC!!!!! You are such an inspiration!!!1 I was on week 7 and stopped...my grandmother passed away--so with making arrangements and family---I have been away from the gym....but I'm going back soon!!!!! CONGRATS AGAIN!!! I'm proud of you!!!
