Hey I read your post, and I felt like you were attacked, you just asked a question. To answer your question I didn't cheat on my post op diet but I felt like I could. But if you did cheat, it was that one time and as you said, you learned from it. And as we live our lives we learn from things. Wish you best during this lap band journey, I had my surgery July 12th, right now i'm in the soft foods stage.
