I went to my original consultation in November of 2009. That was an informational meeting. I finally finished the counseling and testing in May 2010. I had surgery on June 24 2010. Prior to starting my liquid high protien pre-op diet I was 368 pounds. I am now 4 days post-op and I am at 346. I am happy I have lost that much weight and I am anxious to see what the future brings.
