I was a skinny kid who binge ate secretly for years, the weight didn't catch up to me until I was in college and I pretty much became inactive. I have done every diet multiple times and I am looking forward to not physically being able to binge anymore. I am so lucky that I have a supportive extended family, fiancée, therapist, and employer.
