Week 3 Post Op Eating too much

Hello I think you read my mind this morning. I was going to post the same thing. Today makes 4 weeks post-op for me. For the first couple of weeks I felt some kind of restriction and would get a hiccup and I would stop eating/drinking now I feel nothing and I am able to eat crackers, cereal etc... I have not had a fill yet but I think I need one & fast!!!! -
Hey I hope all is well. I am doing pretty good. I weighed and I have lost 14 lbs since Aug 19th. I go back to work on Tuesday.

Hello thanks for the friend request. I really loved your quote about the flesh it is so true. I have been trying to get my brain to go along with what my stomach wants to do which is nothing. On thursday I will be 2 weeks post-op and I finally weighed and I have lost 14lbs just seeing that makes me want to stay on track. I return to work next week and I am not excited but I will go with the flow. Take Care.

You are not alone. I am having that same feeling at first I thought it was my incision but the burning is below the incision. I have no idea what to do about it. I hope it just goes away. -
hey Z, I am doing pretty good today. I just have to get my mind & stomach on the same page. I have not gotten hungry yet but want something to chew. If I smell one more protein shake I am going to scream!!! Take Care

Hello i saw your message and saw that we were banded on the same day...I still have a lot of gas/shoulder pain but other than that i feel really good little port pain as well sure am hungry for some real food it sucks liquid in liquid out (sorry kinda gross) hope you are doing well as well...zen

Hello, I was banded on aug 19 and I am stilll on the liquids as well. It has been very hard but I know that it will be worth it in the long run. You have to take it one day at a time. Just think about much weight will be loss. The only uncomfort I have is where the port is located. Stay strong & positive. With all the support on the forum we all will make it!!!
