    Hi everyone, My name is Rachel, I had my surgery on September 25, 2006 and I was searching the web for fellow bandees! I live in Phoenix, AZ but I am origanally from Canada.     Good luck! I think it is the best thing I have ever done for my self! It is a little tough getting used to 1/2 cup portions but you get so full it is ok it just looks like you're going to starve when you look at your plate!

    Great so far, it was hard at first, the first couple of weeks suck, the diet is really restrictive at first but now I can eat ok. I started at 302 and as of today I am 266. Feel great. When are you thinking of having it done?
