I gained my weight slowly over about 10 years. I tried just about all of it, diet, pills, exercise, trainers, to get it all off, but I would lose 20 lbs, plateau and voila! My body would stop. I would get frustrated, give up, gain it all back and be back at square one. I was tired of being uncomfortable, I was tired of not being able to play with my kids, or bend down to tie my shoes. So I decided to do something fo myself, so I could be here in 20 years. I need to get healthy.
