It's V-Dallas. How are you? I read you went to Dr. Castro as well. I was banded 12-12-08 and have lost 18 lbs since 12-5-08 pre-op. Have you had your first fill? How was it? I will have mine on Monday. Did you see more weight loss after fill? Do you go to any support meetings? I went to the one at Dr. Castro's office (the holiday mixer) 4 days after my banding. Have you started exercising? Recomend any gyms? I want to sign up to somewhere but want to get stuck in any crazy contracts. Wish you well. Thanks V-----
