Hi all Bronnie, thats great. The dietician is so nice and very helpful..are you seeing the one at Dr Nottle's willi rooms? I forgot to ask . The physician will be a breeze too.. the 9th will be here before you know it :clap2: Good to know too he actually gets you to come in before the big day just to answer last minute questions. At least i am gonna have all you girls for my questions seeing i will be the last one to get of this damn waiting bench lol susannah i think i am about 158cm and he said he would be happy to get me to 70kgs cos i am that "little bit older" :rolleyes lol. sweet isnt he hi to everyone else and take care..

Susannah, good thinking 99 !.. might give ebay a try. We have a warehouse just up the road too . I will get the optifast there if thats what i decide on. I checked it out yesterday at the terry white chemist and it was $53 a box:omg: losing weight can get expensive hey? lol Bronnie, i made an appointment for last june but chickened out at the last minute. Had to wait till november to rebook so yeh... sorta been waiting 8 months..partly my own fault obviously. Hi to all of you Hope everyone is well and having a great weekend :biggrin1: Susannah.. i did manage to find a terry white chemist not far from where i work but they caught me off guard and wanted me to sign up for the weight loss program and told me i couldn't actually buy anything till i did.So i took relevant info on it and said i will get back to them once i have read it thru ( lol..chickened out i guess but i didn't really have the time to get into detail being weighed and measured at the time).So now don't know whether to just try optifast or go the 'tony way'. Bronnie..u r a legend.. and sssooo organised. Better i hope Bronnie...Yes.I saw Dr Nottle early november.Saw the dietician and physician not long after that and then rerturned to see Nottle straight after that to get results and was told i would get a call hopefully mid year. I will have to have an overnight stay as i am asthmatic. Any time after april would be lovely. Going on an easter cruise so don't really want to be banded till after i come back from that :cocktail: Make sure u book your next visit with him before u leave after your first visit. Anna... thats right, Switt. i remember now I noticed u girls remembered lorettas switt and lynn but NOT young.. TOO before your time hey? lol. Was this your first off to prep anna? did u cry? I think your hebrew name is very pretty also.. i like unusual names. my name comes from a very old ( as in "black and white movies" OLD :omg: ) actress, Loretta Young.She was my dad's favorite. which gives away the fact i am probably a little older than you girls lol. and yes i have also heard of Loretta Lynn. and Loretta something out of M.A.S.H so there are a couple of us Loretta's around Hope that pain is easing up for you and that there were more laughs at that breaky table take care Loretta waiting,waiting,waiting.....

Hi everyone.. hope you are all keeping cool wherever you are sure is a hot one susannah hang in there u will just get better and better as the days go by . I can't imagine what the pain is like but just remember it is all worth it in the long run. those Smiles and laughs at the breaky table will be happening every minute of the day soon Bronnie.. don't stress too much. Have to agree with Jacqui Mark. Melbourne's climate is a great one to sleep naked ( and have done so for most of my life ) .. I don't like that strangling sensation of a nightie going the wrong way when u turn :phanvan As for winter, the waterbed just gets turned up a notch.. beeautiful :biggrin1: Of course there is a dressing gown within arms reach for any circumstance that calls for one ... don't want those firemen or burglars ending up with a heart attack on my account .. after banding it may be a different story tho....... :rose:
