I have been heavy (up and down) for about 20 years. I suffer from asthma and had  been on steroids for many years and that is where alot of my weight issues had developed. I started this journey back in March 2010 after my OB/GYN thought I would be an excellent canidate. I have had many "womanly" issues over the last 6 years and had to have a hysterectomy in 2007. I am excited and nervous for my "new life" to begin. I am thrilled to be apart of this site to gain experience and support on my journey.
