Hi mommato4, this is the first time i have sent a message on this web site. just joined a couple of days ago. hope i am doing this right. i dont know anything about a program fee. in fact never heard of it. my insurance paid for the procedure so dont know anything about it. I was very happy with Dr. Simpson and his staff. They treated me really well. I wish the very best for you. The only advice that i can give you is to get that first filling as soon as you can. i am 4 weeks post surgery and am eating every thing in sight. The lack of will power hit me about 3 days ago. I don't get my first fill until june 30. I am feeling so much better now and you sure can tell by my appetite. Keep me in formed. If you have any more questions, let me know. Carolynn
