Are they still meeting in the Sacramento area? My dr. went to another office and I need to find a new dr.

I was banded on 8/9 and saw my doctor the next day before I was discharged. I saw him 2 weeks after surgery and I'm set to see him every 2 weeks that for the first 3 months.

I was banded Aug 9 and there was no way I could have went back to work the next day. I was to go home the same day but my doctor wanted me to stay overnight. The 1st 2 days I was in bed and got up to drink and try to walk out the gas. You MUST give your body time to heal or you could have issues with your band. Do you have a TA to can do the class or have another teacher do the two classes. Good luck.

I was banded 8/9 what was the time table your Dr give you for solid? Mr Dr give me a copy of a copy of a plan. I told him I started soft food and I felt good. He didn't want me to start mushies until next week.

I'm 43 yeas old and I got banded on 8/9 . I looked into it 3 years ago but my ins didn't cover the Lap Band. I would have did it 10 years ago if I could have.

My Doctor said I can start pureed and some mushy since I’m not eating on the liquid diet. What is the earliest anyone has started on a regular diet?

I was banded on Aug 9th and yesterday was the 1st that I felt very very hungry. I have been doing the liguids since Aug 7th and I'm ready for some real food! lol My wife thinks I'm not eating enough and wants me to start on the cream of wheat. Yesterday all I ate was a Protein shack and cream of chicken soup with Water and G2 Gatorade.

I got banded Aug 9 and I hate this part of the program! To was the 1st day I did the protein drinks so I'm looking for to the the next stage of puree next week!

I got banded Monday 8/9/10 & today was my first day on the protein drinks. I had 2 today with a lot of water and took a nice walk. I'm so looking toward week 2 when I can have other items.
